Jo Malone has signed a deal with The Crown Estate for its first global premier boutique at 101 Regent Street, W1.
The British fragrance house has agreed a ten-year lease for a 2,200 sq ft shop on the luxury London street, where rent can be as much as £750 zone A.
The move follows recent Jo Malone’s recent openings in Bluewater, Kent; Cheltenham, Gloucestershire; and London St Pancras, N1. The Regent Street outlet will be its 57th UK shop and its first UK flagship.
Katerina Mercury, asset manager for The Crown Estate, said: “Jo Malone London’s global premier boutique is another great first for Regent Street shoppers. The brand has all the essence of Regent Street, namely quality, heritage, style and success, and when open it will significantly enhance our retail offer.”
