JLL’s Lillian Chandler departs after 25 years

Lillian Chandler has left JLL after being with the consultancy for over 25 years.

After a stint at Allsop, Chandler started her career at JLL in the City agency in 1998, where she spent seven years focusing on tenant representation including acquisitions and disposals for occupiers.

After this she transferred to the firm’s West End headquarter at 22 Hanover Square to focus on leasing transactions and development consultancy.

Most recently, Chandler was a director in JLL’s UK agency, lease advisory and rating business, advising tenants on their property strategy, as well as landlords on some major office developments.

From 2021, she took on the role of the UK diversity, equity and inclusion lead for the firm’s agency, lease advisory and rating business.

Chandler said: “I feel grateful for my time at JLL and real estate I have had the privilege of working on, and lifelong friendships made.

“It’s not easy making a decision to move on and take off the warm comforting cloak of JLL that has been wrapped snugly around me for so long. But with every end there is a new beginning.”
