Jones Lang LaSalle’s £197m merger with King Sturge will significantly increase the presence of the JLL brand in the UK regions.
JLL looks set to make major gains in the south-west of England, as well as south Wales, as it rebrands King Sturge’s offices in Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Exeter and Plymouth.
The firm will also gain offices in Southampton, London Heathrow, Nottingham, Liverpool and Newcastle.
But JLL and King Sturge both have offices in a number of key UK locations, including Manchester, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Leeds.
