The EG Radius On-Demand Rankings reveal the latest deals and which contributors are acting on them every week, but which agents transacted the most space in your region during the first quarter of 2024?
A stand-out performance in the City core propelled JLL to the top of the EG Radius regional office leaderboards in the first quarter, with 477,040 sq ft transacted in Greater London.
In industrial, CBRE was out in front, acting on 1.2m sq ft in the East Midlands. While notable performances in the county tables included Fenn Wright’s 38 deals in Essex and 36 deals apiece posted by FHP in Nottinghamshire and Curchod in Hampshire.
Based on transactional data shared by members of the EG Radius community, the tables cover all occupier sales and lettings but exclude lease renewals and deals under NDAs at the time of publishing. Investment sales are reported separately in the table below.
