Pension fund Universities Superannuation Scheme has appointed JLL and Vail Williams as joint office leasing agents at Aquis House in Reading.
The agents will market grade-A space from 2,700 to 27,800 sq ft at the 50,000 sq ft office, located opposite the mainline railway station.
The building was recently refurbished and tenants include Hammerson, which occupies the fourth floor, and audit firm Crow Clarke Whitehill.
