A £35m mixed-use scheme to redevelop Sheffield's Wards Brewery has been granted planning permission.
Sheffield-based developer JF Finnegan will build 9,290 sq m (100,000 sq ft) of offices and 132 apartments on the Ecclesfield Road site to the south west
