Islington Council has given MEAG permission to push ahead with a retrofit of the office block at 30 Finsbury Square, EC2.
The Fletcher Priest Architects-designed scheme will deliver a nine-storey, all-electric office building, including a double-height lobby, secondary entrance, upgraded façade and public realm.
