Invista Real Estate is selling 1-5 Spurriergate and 1-3 High Ousegate in York for £28m – a 5.25% initial yield.
The freehold is let to retailers Zara, H&M, Game, William Hill and Phones 4U for more than 10 years.
It also comprises 14 flats on the upper levels.
The total passing rent is £1.5m pa. CBRE is advising.
