Investor consortium acquires 65 Kingsway for £59m

Clearbell Property Partners and three international co-investors have acquired London office block 65 Kingsway, WC2, for £59m. The freehold 70,440 sq ft office block was bought by Clearbell Property Partners and additional capital was sourced by three other investors
