Investment manager to boost lab space with Ascot redev

Plans are underway to redevelop a 6.5-acre Ascot science park, including building a new life science centre. Newcore Capital Management has lodged proposals to redevelop the six-building Silwood Park Science Park, knocking down the existing business centre and building a
