Investec Real Estate has provided a £19.3m, 39-month development loan to Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management for its 357-home build-to-rent scheme in Rugby, Warwickshire. The development, known as Charolais Gardens, will provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom
