Invesco Real Estate has joined forces with Garbe Industrial Real Estate to develop a 550,000 sq ft logistics site in Worksop, Nottinghamshire.
The scheme, comprising two facilities of 462,500 sq ft and 86,500 sq ft, sits on a 28.9-acre site
