Interserve and J Laing preferred for Corsham MoD PFI deal

Interserve's consortium with John Laing has been named preferred bidder at the Ministry of Defence PFI at Corsham, Wiltshire.

The facilities management services deal for a new communication facility is worth £180m over 25 years.
