International Dispute Resolution Centre signs for 45,000 sq ft City office

The International Dispute Resolution Centre has taken a 45,000 sq ft lease at GR Properties’ Juxon House, EC4, near St Paul’s Cathedral.

The mediation house has taken the basement, ground, second and third floors at 100 St Paul’s Churchyard on a 15-year lease. The average rent is £54.50 per sq ft.

Peter Thursfield, director at Savills, said: “This letting to IDRC represents one of the largest in the market this year. The deal has been in negotiation during the pandemic and is evidence that occupiers are committed to returning to the office.”

It comes on the same day as another major leasing deal in the shadow of St Paul’s, with T Rowe Price taking 130,000 sq ft at a new development on Paternoster Square.

GR Properties was advised by Savills and JLL; the IDRC was represented by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
