Integritas builds out top team with development boss hire

Liverpool-based developer Integritas Property Group has hired Ryan Guest as head of development. The appointment marks a hat-trick of new hires to the leadership team since June this year, as the firm drives forward its ambitious growth plans. Luke Gribben joined as its new business development manager, while Ross Fleming has assumed a role of global sales director. Guest comes from M-AR Offsite, where he most recently served as commercial director. In his new role, he will be responsible for successful execution of all UK developments, while growing and maintaining the supply chain of all developments. In April this year, Integritas set itself a target to more than double its completed properties by 2028, growing revenues by 60% to £150m. Image © Integritas
