Developer General Projects has released a first look at its planned creative campus in Kentish Town.
The 212,000 sq ft Highgate Studios will include smaller, fully fitted 1,000 sq ft units as well as large, open-plan studios.
Designed by architects Piercy & Company, the project will also provide newly landscaped public realm, cycle facilities and outdoor social spaces, as well as amenities such as a café, restaurant and a gym.
Danny Davies, development manager at General Projects, said: “Weaving together new amenity spaces whilst celebrating the existing historic fabric will allow us to create a welcoming, accessible and design-led campus, ready to grow and nurture a new generation of creativity and culture within it.”
