Industrious hires from TOG for senior European role

Flexible office operator Industrious has hired a former acquisitions manager from The Office Group as its London-based real estate growth lead for Europe. Eli Lew will focus on growing Industrious’s portfolio across the UK and Europe, he said in a social media post on his new role. The company has 200 locations spanning 65 cities in 10 countries. Lew spent almost five years as senior acquisitions manager at The Office Group, before which he was a transaction manager at CBRE and, at the start of his career, a surveyor at Cluttons. Last December, Industrious hired Tom Redmayne from WiredScore as managing director and head of Europe.  The company recently announced its newest London site, agreeing a deal to take on space previously let to WeWork at Royal London’s 131 Finsbury Pavement, EC2.
