Industrial Estates (Scotland) has completed the purchase of the 150,000 sq ft former Sanmino plant in Kirkcaldy, Fife.
The Fife-based developer bought the unit for an undisclosed sum, but could spend upwards of £3m bringing the former metal casings factory
