Industrial developer and operator Indurent, formed through the merger of Blackstone’s St Modwen Logistics and Industrials REIT, has promoted Simon Ross to head of portfolio management.
Ross steps up his deputy role and will manage all asset and property activities across Indurent’s 27m sq ft, 2,700-unit portfolio.
This includes industrial and logistics spaces located throughout the UK, with spaces ranging from 500 sq ft multi-let industrial properties to logistics facilities exceeding 500,000 sq ft.
He will lead a 40-strong team, overseeing leasing, refurbishment and facilities management.
Ross will collaborate with chief executive Julian Carey, chief financial officer Tom Olsen, head of transactions James Cooper, head of development Lee Nash and general counsel Sarah Bellilchi to help shape Indurent’s strategy.
