Wyndham Hotel Group has signed a 25-year management agreement for a landmark hotel to be built on the Cardiff Bay waterfront.

As well as the 200 rooms, there will be 35 serviced apartments on the top floors of the tower.
The hotel will include a bar and restaurant on the 24th and 25th floors and will offer a spa, conference facilities, and meeting rooms.
Malta-based hotel operators CHI Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham’s joint-venture management partner in EMEA, will be giving its technical assistance and advice in the planning and design of the Wyndham Cardiff and will take on the full management of the hotel on completion.

Construction work on the hotel is due to start toward the end of the year, with completion two years later.
Construction group VINCI will partner with Bayscape on the scheme.
