They made it! A whopping 1,500km pedalled from London to Cannes as the intrepid Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM riders completed their final day of riding.
Rolling out of Gréoux-les-Bains at 5.30am, the cyclists faced another big day of cycling. A total of 162km and 2,646m of climbing were between them and the Croissette.
But the weather was finally kind to the riders, with clear blue skies, and despite a day of energy-sapping climbs through the Gorges du Verdon the mood among the riders was high.
As the riders dropped down into Cannes and rolled into the Palm tree-lined Square de Verdun, the jubilant riders were greeted by colleagues and friends.
So far, the cyclists have raised an impressive £192,000 but more is needed to reach their fundraising target.
