Skanska sells Euro retail sheds
Skanska has sold four retail warehouses two in Budapest and two in Prague to PRICOA Investment Management for £39.78m (€56.6m), a yield of just under 9%. They total 387,500 sq ft and are fully let. Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker advised Skanska.
Lazari signs tenants for W1 space
Lazari Investments has let two floors in 90 Tottenham Court Road, W1. The 7,600 sq ft first floor has been let to UCL for 10 years at £26 per sq ft with 10 months rent-free. The 7,000 sq ft second floor has been let to Jayroma for seven years at £27 per sq ft with eight months rent free. JL Commercial and Noble Harris acted for Lazari. Ross Jay Sayer acted for Jayroma.
Foundation set for Antura letting
Brixton has agreed the first letting at the Antura development on its Kingsland Business Park in Basingstoke. Cosmetics company Markwins is to take two units totalling 30,700 sq ft on a 10-year lease, with six months rent free, at £260,865 pa.
Widows sells out of Minories
Scottish Widows has sold its 23,700 sq ft office and leisure building 2-5 Minories, EC3, to a private UK investor for £8.25m, an initial yield of 8.5%. Widows bought the building in 2001 for £9.4m. BH2 advised Widows and Allsop & Co, the buyer.
Logica cuts W1 sublease deal
Grand Central recording studio has taken a sublease for almost 10,000 sq ft at 51-53 Great Marlborough Street, W1, from Logica, at £224,500 pa, with 12 months rent free. The Noble Harris Partnership acted for Grand Central. Jones Lang LaSalle and James Andrew International acted for Logica.
