Impact snaps up six care homes for £56m

Impact Healthcare has bought a portfolio of six care homes for £56m from Morris Care. The portfolio, comprising five homes in Shropshire and one in Cheshire, has 438 high-quality bedrooms, of which 400 have en suite bathrooms. The healthcare REIT
