Impact buys three Glasgow care homes

Impact Healthcare has added three Glasgow care homes to its portfolio for £8.1m. The deal, with existing tenant Silverline, will hand Impact an initial annual rent of £627,750, reflecting a gross initial yield of 7.75%. The three care homes, totalling
