Images unveiled for £1bn Essex regen scheme

The joint venture between Urban Catalyst and Swan Housing Association has unveiled further images showing its £1bn plans for Purfleet-on-Thames town centre. Indicative plans for the site include a new train station and a 1m sq ft media village, which
