Ilke plans 94 modular homes in Kent

Modular housing pioneer ilke Homes has secured an 11-acre site in Staplehurst, Kent, for the development of up to 94 modular homes. The development will deliver a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes, 38 of which will be affordable.
