Swedish furniture giant IKEA's planned 279,871 sq ft (26,000 sq m) Cardiff Bay superstore has been given the go-ahead by the Welsh Assembly.
Having received outline consent from Cardiff council in October, IKEA hopes to begin work on the scheme
