ICG-Longbow and SDL Group launch build-to-rent venture

Asset manager ICG-Longbow and residential developer SDL Group have announced a joint venture to deliver more than 2,000 rental homes over the next three years. The pair’s £250m Wise Living venture will be the latest entrant to the build-to-rent market
