Iceland subsidiary Woodward Foodservice has bought Deep Freeze Supplies, the largest independent food service company in Scotland.
The deal will add DFS four food distribution centres in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Inverness and Dundee to Woodwards existing six across England and Wales.
