Serviced office group i2 Office is eyeing 20,000 sq ft in Hines' Two Snowhill in Birmingham's Colmore business district.
It has also shortlisted CommerzReal's One Snowhill. The company took 28,000 sq ft at Hines' and Moorfield's Three Brindleyplace
