US group Hyatt Hotels has bought the Hyatt Regency Birmingham, the hotel it manages in the city, for close to £27m.
Hyatt has acquired the 319-bedroom Hyatt Regency Birmingham from administrators at Ernst & Young. The group currently operates the hotel
