Flex operator Huckletree is set to open a 50,000 sq ft flex hub at M&G’s 40 Leadenhall, EC3, after signing a management agreement which spans part of the building’s first and second floors.
The space will open in August this year, offering occupiers flexible office space ranging in size from 20 to 200 desks. Tenants will also have access to shared meeting rooms, phone booths, communal breakout areas and a central dining area.
The main office space will be on the building’s 38,000 sq ft second floor, while the remainder of the management agreement covers the screening room and 200-person auditorium on the building’s first floor.
The building is now almost fully let, with just part of the 12th and 1st floors still up for grabs.
Huckletree was advised by Avison Young and Cushman & Wakefield. Knight Frank and Savills advised M&G.
