Hub has promoted a quartet of experts in its development team and has created three new development director roles, each focusing on a speciality area.
The move is designed to support the growth of the resi developer, which has 9,000 homes completed or under development.
Victoria Manston has been promoted to head of development. She will collaborate with the senior leadership team to shape and implement Hub’s strategic vision, alongside leading key projects in London, Leeds and Bath.
Tom Valente, Brad Burridge and Tom Stoneham have been named as development directors for regeneration, construction and design, respectively.
Valente will be focusing on Hub schemes that transform underused places into communities, using BTR as a catalyst for regeneration, while Burridge will oversee construction activities, ensuring that all Hub’s projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
Stoneham, will be tasked to elevate Hub’s design strategy, ensuring creativity and sustainability continue to be at the core of every project. He is already leading on projects including Cornerstone, the repurposing of a 1950s office building at 45 Beech Street, EC2, next to the Barbican to deliver 174 co-living homes.
Robert Sloss, co-founder and chief executive at Hub, said: “Greater specificity of senior roles will help us further enhance our expertise in key areas of the development process.”
