Developer Hub and Bridges Fund Management have secured consent for a further 485 build-to-rent homes in Leeds.
The Latitude Blue scheme follows 463 homes currently under construction in the first phase, Latitude Purple, which has been funded by Realstar and QuadReal.
Latitude Blue was designed by Leeds-based architectural firm Carey Jones Chapman Tolcher and will see towers of up to 30 storeys on the site of the Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks.
Victoria Manston, senior development manager at Hub, said: “We hope to start on site later this year, and look forward to delivering a scheme that contributes positively to the local area, as well as providing a fantastic place to live.”
