Hines has sold six buildings at Brindleyplace in Birmingham to HSBC Alternative Investments, as tipped by Estates Gazette.
The buildings, which total 560,000 sq ft of mixed-use space, have been acquired for an undisclosed price.
Hines UK will be retained as asset manager, extending the firm’s seven-year stewardship of Brindleyplace.
Raj Rajput, managing director of Hines UK, said: “We are proud to have managed Brindleyplace over the last seven years. It continues to be one of the most desirable office locations in Birmingham.”
The Brindleyplace development comprises 11 office buildings totaling more than 1m sq ft, with occupiers including Deutsche Bank, GVA, Michael Page and Deloitte.
Colliers International and CBRE acted as advisers to Hines.
