Howard Group signs biotech firm for its Cambridge Unity Campus

Biotech company Chimeris UK has leased 8,000 sq ft of workspace within The Works at Unity Campus, South Cambridge. As part of the letting, Howard Group, which operates the campus, is fitting out Suite 5 as a CL2 wet lab.
