The Howard de Walden Estate has appointed three senior directors to its executive committee.
David McArthur (pictured above, left), head of investment, joins the committee after 18 months at the business. Before joining, he spent more than a decade working across the central London investment market at Savills and Deloitte.
Andrea Merrington (centre), head of town planning and engagement, also joins the committee after 13 years at the company.
As well as overseeing the estate’s planning, design and conservation functions, she is also chair of the Westminster Property Association’s senior advisory committee, sits on the board of the Harley Street Partnership BID and represents the estate on the Marylebone Neighbourhood Forum.
And 24-year veteran of Howard de Walden Craig Clements (right) has also got the nod to join the executive committee, after working across the estate’s finance department between 1998 and 2017.
Over the past five years he has led on projects aimed at improving the use of data, processes and technology across the organisation.
Howard de Walden’s portfolio spans 92 acres in Marylebone with 850 buildings across the residential, office, retail and leisure, education and medical sectors, including shopping and dining quarter the Marylebone Village and the Harley Street Medical Area.
Mark Kildea, chief executive of the Howard de Walden Estate, said the trio would bring “expertise, drive and enthusiasm that, along with the rest of the senior management team, will help shape our business in the years ahead”.
