Hotel groups find buyers for Llangollen properties

Corus & Regal Hotels (C&R) and Grace Hotels have both sold hotels in Llangollen, Wales.

C&R has sold the Royal Hotel to a private buyer, Mr AG Mahfouz, for a sum that is believed to be below the asking price
