Hospitality team to launch flex office business

A team that has previously helped run hotel businesses including Malmaison, De Vere and Hotel du Vin is preparing to open its own flexible office.

The first Link Spaces site is set to open this spring at Kennedy Wilson’s Botanica building at Ditton Park near Slough. The 21,000 sq ft flexible workspace will run on 100% renewable energy and the building is set in 200 acres of open landscape.

The new brand is owned by Active Hospitality, senior team members of which previously worked at MWB Group, which owned and ran Malmaison, De Vere and Hotel du Vin.

The company operates the neighbouring Ditton Manor conferencing centre and plans to develop a hotel at the site.
