Plans have been submitted for a £20m mixed-use redevelopment of the derelict Phoenix Brickworks site in Birchgrove, Cardiff.
Cardiff developer Deanminster is at the head of a consortium including fast-food giant McDonald's and Brackley Investments, which specialises in community surgeries.
