Homes at former Eastbourne TJ Hughes approved

The Noé Group’s real estate investment arm, Capreon, has gained consent to redevelop a former TJ Hughes building in Eastbourne into a mixed-use scheme. The site, on Terminus Road, will provide 65 new flats and more than 7,640 sq ft
