Home REIT has exchanged on the sale of a further 226 properties at public auctions.
The company, set up to invest in accommodation for the homeless but now likely to be wound down after a series of scandals, said the sales had been struck for £26.5m and represented about 9% of its portfolio by value.
The proceeds will come in at 8.1% below draft August 2023 valuations.
Since last August the company has completed on the sale of 914 properties and exchanged on a further 287 properties for a total of £163.1m.
