HMRC takes space at Wrexham Technology Park

HM Revenue & Customs has signed for a new hub at Yale Business Village, part of Wrexham Technology Park, in North Wales.

The government body has taken 4,614 sq ft of grade-A offices on a 10-year lease and plans to move in this summer.

According to EG Radius, the asking price for the office was £14 per sq ft.

HMRC is now in the process of undertaking a bespoke fit-out at the facility.

Other occupiers on Wrexham Technology Park include Development Bank of Wales, Spire Yale Hospital, WSP Engineers, NFU Mutual and Chetwood Financial.

HRMC was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Legat Owen acted on behalf of the private investor landlord and SAS Daniels advised on legal matters.
