Hines to let 89,000 sq ft at 25 Cabot Square

US firm Hines is on the verge of signing two tenants at its 25 Cabot Square in Canary Wharf, E14, that will take a combined 89,000 sq ft.  Regus-owned serviced office firm Space is to take 67,000 sq ft,
