Hilton Group is in advanced negotiations to sell some of its £1.9bn UK hotel property assets for £300m-£500m.
They include Hilton Olympia, the Kensington Hilton and the Hilton Birmingham Metropole.
Potential buyers include Norwich Union, London & Regional, Strategic Hotel
