Hill Samuel Property Unit Trust has bought three shops for £4m at a net initial yield of 7.29% from Zeneca Pension Scheme.

The properties are:

  • 297 High Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, let to Richard Shops for 30 years from 1979
