HGP funds 237-home Manchester BTR scheme

Lloyds-backed equity investor Housing Growth Partnership has committed £13m to a joint venture with McGoff Group to deliver the 237-home Downtown Victoria North build-to-rent scheme in Manchester. The development is situated on a former gasworks on Rochdale Road and is
