Henderson Global Investors has been appointed to manage the AUD$61bn (£32bn) Future Fund’s one-third stake in Land Securities’ Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham.
The Future Fund, an Australian sovereign wealth fund, said Henderson would provide fund management services.
