Hellier Langston has moved into second place in EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Hampshire, following a flurry of recent deals.
The highlight of the latest transactions was a 74,390 sq ft industrial letting at Mountpark on Wide Lane in Southampton. The deal saw Global E-Commerce Experts take Unit 5 (pictured) from landlord Aviva on a 15-year fully repairing and insuring lease ending on 30 June 2036 at a rent of £10.30 per sq ft, equating to £766,217 per annum.
Lambert Smith Hampton is a long way ahead in Hampshire, having acted on 1,452,631 sq ft of lettings and occupational sales, with Hellier Langston on 415,538 sq ft. JLL is in third place, having transacted 314,804 sq ft of deals, with the top five being rounded out by Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell on 306,392 sq ft and CBRE on 303,178 sq ft.
