Helical secures letting at The Bower

Infosys design and innovation company Brilliant Basics has signed for two floors at Helical’s mixed-use scheme The Bower, EC1. Brilliant Basics has agreed a 10-year lease on the space at a blended rent of £72 per sq ft. The letting
